In dance, we explore different styles, genres and techniques in dance. We choreograph dances, Perform dances and review dancer performances. Students will have the opportunity to study Dance in year 7, and as an elective in years 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12
Drama:
In drama, you will have the opportunity to explore a range of dramatic styles and techniques. You will have the opportunity to explore a range of dramatic styles and techniques. You will create scripts/scenes, perform scenes and respond to dramatic performances. Students will have the opportunity to study drama in year 7 and as an elective in years 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12.
Film and Television:
In FTV, we study the foundations of film and TV and learn how films and TV shows are made. We examine a variety of different genres and film movements. Students will have the opportunity to study FTV (Media) as an elective in years 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12.
Music:
In music, you explore a range of musical instruments and music styles. You will get to compose music, perform music and respond to music. Students will have the opportunity to study Music in year 7 and as an elective in years 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12.
Visual Arts:
In Visual Arts, you get the opportunity to design, produce and reflect on a variety of artworks. You will study different art forms, mediums and approaches. Visual Arts, you will study various 2D and 3D art forms such as painting, digital art and sculpture. Students will have the opportunity to study Visual Art in year 7 and as an elective in years 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12.
